Pre-Production Coordinator

Client ICON Studios provides compelling product imagery that elevates the Client brand vision. Our ICON Studio in Culver City is seeking a Pre-Production Coordinator to support the execution of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from line plan through to retail and ecommerce. You will be collaborating cross-departmentally with Planning / Ordering, Product Logistics, Styling, Creative, Production, Photography, and Post Production teams to support the timely photo and video production through completion. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in the product image creation process; from line plan management, preseason forecasting, to delivery and ultimately post-season recapping
Assist in the photo production process through cross collaboration with Inbound / Outbound, Production and Post Production teams
Use IT systems to evaluate performance, coordinate and plan production for product photography
Track product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems
Lead various digital workflows to support studio teams
Monitor progress, identify and preemptively solve bottlenecks and other challenges to ensure merchandise is continually flowing in order to meet seasonal readiness
Extract, compile, audit and deliver data for reporting purposes
Partner with production partners to ensure timely delivery of work based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) timelines
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reducing training time, improve comprehension, and ensure compliance
Continually improve and develop business performance and process flows
Proactively identify, communicate, and solve any issues that arise throughout the production process

Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or related field
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
Computer savvy with advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
Skilled in data analytics with the ability to drive clarity in information.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
Flexible and able to work as needed, including the occasional weekend, to meet peak demands in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure
