Sodexo is currently seeking a Food Production Manager to join our Government Services team at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California. The Production Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all culinary operations for one of its Mess Halls.

What You'll Do

Have oversight of day-to-day BOH operations; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; create a positive environment; and / or ensure Sodexo standards are met.

What You Bring

Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
