Title of Role : IT Business Systems Analyst
Department : IT
The IT Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for defining, documenting, and improving business processes with a focus on ERP system configuration, integration, and user adoption. This position plays a critical role in ERP optimization and supports ongoing efforts to automate, streamline, and digitize key business operations. Involving deep collaboration with business stakeholders, system owners, and IT staff to align technology solutions with strategic and operational goals.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN :
ERP Process and System 75% of time
Collaborate with business leaders and process owners to map and document current-state workflowsLead discovery sessions to gather business requirements and pain pointsTranslate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for ERP configurationSupport ERP system testing, validation, and deployment planningAssist with ERP vendor coordination and integration designAutomation, Reporting, and System Integration 15% of time
Design and support Power Automate and Power Apps solutions tied to business workflowsAssist with development of reports and dashboards using Power BI, ERP, and other data reporting toolsIdentify and propose opportunities for automation and system integrationTeam and Cross-Functional 10% of time
Participate in IT and business team planning meetings, standups, and retrospectivesCollaborate on ERP implementation timelines and testing milestonesWHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED :
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst, systems analyst or ERP analystExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Exact Globe, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or Oracle)Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)Knowledge of SQL operations and programming conceptsUnderstanding of integration points between ERP and other enterprise systemsKnowledge of process mapping and functional documentationYOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT :
