What You'll Do

• Look into the eyes of children and families and see their potential - not just their pain.
• Conduct safety assessments and guide families toward goals that change futures.
• Supervise visits that preserve the most important bond of all - family.
• Advocate fiercely in schools, courts, and communities to make sure no child is forgotten.
• Write plans and reports that aren't just documents - but blueprints for a better life.
• Walk beside children until permanency is not a possibility but a reality.
