Responsibility of the Stylist/Esthetician/Cosmetologist (Lash Stylist)

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

Job Requirements of the Stylist/Esthetician/Cosmetologist (Lash Stylist)

• Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Must be willing to learn our lash styles and unique lash application technique through our PAID training program
• Must possess a positive, upbeat, and personable attitude
• Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively and courteously with guests, staff, and studio management
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• MUST BE AVAILABLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS
