Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our Client's team.

The Customer Support Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

The candidate will :

  • Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users
  • Provide in person and Phone Support to MDA End user troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Software, Operating Systems, and Office Products.
  • Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc)
  • Professional behavior and dress required.
  • Contribute to large scale Projects and Events.

The successful candidate will :

  • Have strong written and verbal communications required.

    • Basic Requirements :

  • Must have 3, or more, years of directly related experience in Customer Support
  • Must have a current DoD 8670 IAT Level II Certification (ex : Security+)
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

    • Security Clearance Required : Secret
