Implementation Analyst

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide project management and configuration services throughout the client implementation lifecycle

Educate clients on software capabilities and manage client onboarding activities, including integrations

Manage stakeholder communications and proactively identify and resolve issues during the deployment cycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience

Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems

Teamwork attitude and flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities

Effective presentation skills for remote group settings

Knowledge of customer service principles and strong organizational skills
