About the Opportunity:
Little Bridge Search is the recruitment partner for a globally successful international Travel Operator as it launches its FIRST US office and operations hub in the Orlando area.
This is a critical, “Day 1” leadership hire within the Flights / Ticketing function. You’ll be helping build the foundation of the US operation, backed by established global teams and a proven playbook from previous international launches.
Important: This is NOT an airport/airline operations role.
This is a travel operator/tour operator ticketing leadership position focused on GDS/NDC ticketing, concierge flight solutions, consolidators, and supporting a high-performing sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Flights team workload, ensuring flight enquiries are handled efficiently, and KPIs are achieved
• Book, confirm, and issue tickets for GDS and NDC bookings (Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre)
• Own post-booking workflow: schedule changes, reissues, GDS management, and service recovery
• Forecast and track internal department P&L, mitigating liabilities and ensuring targets are met
• Provide sales guidance on airlines/routings to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Manage the concierge flight delivery process, providing compliant options plus upsell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consolidators and airline partners
• Identify group opportunities and manage group flight administration
• Ensure all admin tasks and financial reconciliations (incl. consolidator statements) are completed within SLAs
• Collaborate closely with global Flights teams and UK-based leadership to align processes and standards
Essential Qualifications:
• Strong GDS ticketing expertise (Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre) plus comfort with NDC workflows
• Commercial travel and airline/consolidator experience (tour operator/travel agency environment)
• Leadership experience (team lead / supervisor / manager), with the ability to drive performance and standards
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and strong at prioritizing changing workloads
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Interview & Hiring Process:
• 2–3 stage process with the Flights leadership team (including a technical ticketing/GDS discussion)
