Challenges . Inevitable challenges will arise, and we’ll rely on you to look for a solution. Responsibilities . Responsible for overseeing the multi-year strategic planning process for RS develop short, mid, and long-term strategies using fact-based analyses. Support business case development for various strategic initiatives. Conduct in-depth market assessments to identify opportunities and risks. Partner with ADP functions and business units to build strategies and successfully implement solutions. Work closely with the business development team to evaluate partnership opportunities. Develop compelling content using Microsoft PowerPoint that articulates strategic options and enables executive decision making. Drive prompt and efficient execution of recommendations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a master’s degree and four (4) years of related experience. Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include : Data Analysis and Visualization; Project Management; Market Research and Competitive Analysis; Financial Modeling; SWOT Analysis and Strategic Planning; Presentation and Communication; Cost-Benefit and ROI Analysis; Stakeholder Relationship Management; Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering Skills; and Quantitative Analysis.
