Key Responsibilities

Develops and executes winning proposal strategies for drug development and clinical studies

Engages with cross-functional teams to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs

Manages the proposal development process to ensure high-quality deliverables meet profitability targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification

15+ years of relevant experience in the field

Advanced project leadership skills and proven executive presence

In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy and proposal development

Expertise in customer relationship management and organizational agility
