Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is crucial to our organization as you will be responsible for estimating our multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and direct construction project estimating.

2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

4. Meet contractual conditions of performance.

5. Review the work progress on a daily basis.

6. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

7. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.

2. Minimum 1 years of experience in electrical estimating, specifically with multifamily projects.
