Position Type : Locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location : Faribault, Minnesota (zip 55021) – Southern Minnesota healthcare jobs

Start Date : January 12, 2026

End Date : April 13, 2026

Contract Length : 13 weeks (ongoing contract)

Shifts Per Week : 5

Shift Duration : 8-hour days (Monday–Thursday : 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm; Friday : emergent cases only)

Call : Weekend and PM call required (rotated among providers); beeper call with 30-minute response time

Patient Population : Adults and Pediatrics

Specialties : General anesthesia, Acute Care, Obstetrics, Pediatric anesthesia

CRNA Qualifications

Active Minnesota CRNA license

Minimum 1 year of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist experience

ACLS and BLS certifications required

Strong OB anesthesia experience (VBAC / TOLAC proficiency)

Ability to work in both supervised and independent anesthesia care models

Pediatric and ENT anesthesia skills preferred

CRNA Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for general, OB, and acute care cases in both supervised (Owatonna) and unsupervised (Faribault) settings

Perform procedures including VBAC / TOLAC, tap blocks, epidurals, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks

Deliver anesthesia services for adult and pediatric patients

Participate in weekend and PM call rotations with prompt response

Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Float between two healthcare facilities (20 minutes apart) as needed
