We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide services for clients in senior living communities throughout the north, south and western suburbs. What the position entails:

• Complete comprehensive initial assessments addressing psychological, emotional, and social well-being.
• Provide weekly psychotherapy sessions to residents in senior living communities.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and our supportive clinical team.
• Maintain timely progress notes and required documentation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear, goal-oriented interventions.

What we are looking for:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Active Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker
