SUMMARY :

The aftermarket and small fleet account manager is responsible for interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and / or email, and social media.  Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive account specific growth strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Selling whole good Thermo King products (units, APUS, power management, heaters) in the designated territory to single operators and small fleets
• Selling aftermarket items including but not limited to Thermo King parts, rental sales, trailer repair and other service work in the designated territory
• Prospect for new accounts / referrals which includes compiling and updating list of prospective customers in all aftermarket sectors
• Maintain and manage rental calendar and invoicing of all daily or short-term rentals in designated territory.
• Take parts orders, print invoices and make sure payment is up to date
• Deliver and return parts when available and makes sense with daily routes.
• Plan territory coverage and call upon key accounts (current and prospective) regularly.
