New Construction Installation Technician

Pestban provides a unique alternative to homeowners for pest control and termite services. Specializing in the new home construction market, we are a growing company in a growing industry looking for career minded individuals. Our corporate office is in Woodstock GA. Additionally, we have Branch offices located in Norcross GA, Greenville SC and Charlotte NC.

As of 9 / 28 / 2021, Pestban was acquired by Anticimex. Pestban continues to operate business practices as usual.

$500 RETENTION BONUS after 6 months

This is hourly rate of $18 / hr.

WHAT DOES A NEW CONSTRUCTION INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN DO?

The New Construction Installation Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional installations of our system in homes under construction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Approximately 2 4 home installations per day.
  • Install Pestban's polyethylene tube system in new construction homes as scheduled.
  • Installation of service receptacles.
  • Perform tube system modifications and repairs.
  • Clean up work debris upon job completion.
  • Perform visual inspection for wood destroying organisms.
  • Complete service tickets including mapping service receptacle locations.
  • Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures as required.
  • Attend all required meetings.

    • GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexible in job duties.
  • Operate a variety of high-speed drills.
  • Service-minded, motivated, and an independent self-starter.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to pass state verifiable training exam.
  • NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! For the right candidate with a good attitude and a career mindset we will train!

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to carry, lift, and climb up to a 6 ft. ladder.
  • Work on a residential construction job site in all weather conditions.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
