SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Purchases office supplies for program and ensures that office equipment is in working order
  • Completes time sheets for payroll
  • Performs general administrative duties, including answering phones, word processing, filing, and faxing
  • Reconcilies petty cash, clothing, transportation, and recreation funds
  • Maintains billing record
  • Complies daily census for all independence Inn programs
  • Any other assigned tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the mobile crisis response team(s).
  • Answer phone calls from internal callers and external community stakeholders related to the program and participant care
  • Take notes for multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferencing
  • Participate in staff training and support the team in the coordination of off-site and on-site trainings / trainers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Prior office or clerical experience a plus
  • High School Diploma / GED required. Associates Degree preferred
  • 2+ year experience in human services or related field
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficient in video conferencing apps i.e. Zoom
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels in a professional manner
  • Bilingual preferred
