Sonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)

Available Shifts : 12 D

Pay Rate : $2003.00 - $2127.00

Sono- Diag / Vas Tech needed asap for 13 weeks

Shift : DAYS 7a-7p M, T, F. on call 2 nights / wk. Seeking applicants with NO RTO during contract

Required : ARDMS registered in general RDMS and vascular (RVT), BLS

The Ultrasound Technician is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer, and / or is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : abdominal, pelvic, (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms. Additionally is proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotom) along with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations.
