Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the CRM / donor database, ensuring data integrity and security
Collaborate with Finance to reconcile gift records and ensure compliance with regulations
Develop and implement strategic plans for fundraising operations and assess operational processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CRM systems in a nonprofit environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong technical proficiency with systems integration and IT
Experience in financial management and understanding of nonprofit accounting principles
Proven ability in project management and strategic thinking related to fundraising processes
