Selking International is actively searching for a customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our heavy-duty truck service team at our South Bend, IN dealership. This full-time Service Advisor role (1st shift, Monday – Friday) is ideal for someone experienced in service writing, repair order management, and customer communication within a fast-paced commercial vehicle or automotive service environment.

What you will do

Responsibilities include:

• Applicants must possess a passion for customer service, energetic, present themselves in a professional manner and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• The position involves writing up customer repairs / concerns, communicating with technicians and inputting information into the work order.
• Must be organized, good technical ability is helpful and outstanding customer service skills is a necessity.
