As our Business Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the heart of our operations running smoothly, ensuring the financial and administrative side of resident care is just as strong as the clinical side.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee day-to-day business office operations

Manage billing, collections, and resident trust accounts

Handle Medicaid / Medicare / private insurance processes

Work closely with residents, families, and staff

Support HR functions including payroll and new hire onboarding

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Complete Medicaid applications with residents and their family members

Who You Are

A detail-loving, multi-tasking, problem-solving superstar

Experienced in healthcare billing, especially long-term care

Familiar with Medicaid / Medicare and insurance procedures

Skilled in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting

A positive, team-oriented communicator who loves helping others

Preferred Experience :

2+ years in a similar role within a nursing home or healthcare setting

Knowledge of PointClickCare or similar EMR software is a plus!
