Led by Visas Chief Data Officer the Global Data Office coordinates high-impact complex company-wide projects related to data business strategy critical investments policy development and marketplace execution. Working closely with Visas Chief Privacy Officer the Technology organization Government Solutions the wider data community and the full set of Visas global lines of business the Global Data Office is evolving Visas data and AI-related work with momentum and enthusiasm. Visa is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager that will drive product innovation and growth for our Government & Merchant Data Products Portfolio.  This role is focused on building data-centric products that deliver actionable insights recommendations and measurable business impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

You will lead product strategy development and commercialization efforts for new and existing Data products.  The role requires technical and strategic product skills with a background in Merchant data products a plus. The team values product managers that Act like an Owner & Execute with Excellence.

• Lead the full product lifecycle for data products from concept to launch with a focus on leveraging AI and advanced analytics to deliver insights and recommendations
• Engage clients and partners to capture requirements validate use cases and drive adoption
• Collaborate with engineering data science and AI teams to design and deliver innovative solutions
• Monitor product performance metrics ensure compliance with data governance privacy and responsible AI standards and drive continuous optimization
• Foster a culture of experimentation learning and continuous improvement
• Support go-to-market activities including pricing positioning and product messaging for data and AI-powered solutions

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169100.00 to 245400.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
