divh2Apartment Maintenance Supervisor III / h2pWinnCompanies is in search of an agile Apartment Maintenance Supervisor III to join our dynamic team at Monterey Pines, a 324-unit affordable community located in Richmond, CA. / ppThe Maintenance Supervisor III will perform maintenance functions and provide direction and supervision to the maintenance team in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. The position requires a diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives. / ppThis is a hands-on, working Supervisor role. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with rotational on-call.
