Executive Assistant to the CEO
Interior Design Firm – Midtown Manhattan, NYC
Our client, a high-end interior design firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive personal and business support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, advanced time-management abilities, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 9 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM (onsite 5 days / week)
Compensation : 65,000-75,0000

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Provide day-to-day personal and professional support to the CEO.
Manage an active, dynamic calendar, often scheduling appointments up to one year in advance.
Monitor, organize, and prioritize the CEO’s email; prepare daily summaries and actionable to-do lists.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Office & Operations Support
Manage general office operations including phone calls, mail, packages, and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace.
Maintain and organize the firm’s sample library; track inventory and manage vendor and office supply orders.
Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
Client & Project Support
Field and screen new client inquiries; conduct intake calls and prepare initial information for CEO review.
Assist the creative team with preparation of design presentations and client materials.
Support project close-out processes including vendor communication and client gifting.
Marketing & Digital Support
Update the company website as needed.
Assist with occasional marketing, branding, or digital tasks as requested.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Experience with Canva, AutoCAD, and / or web development tools is a plus.
Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and growth-focused.
