We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Outside Sales Insurance Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on driving new business by engaging with prospects and clients daily through phone and email. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and close sales to help clients protect what matters most. This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role with uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospects and clients daily via phone and email to generate new business.

Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Present policy options clearly, explain coverages, and guide clients through the enrollment process.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and team goals.

Maintain accurate client and prospect records in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

Stay current on company products, industry trends, and compliance regulations.

Collaborate with team members and management to develop strategies for growth.

Requirements

Active insurance license (Property & Casualty).

Proven track record in sales (insurance sales experience preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasive skills (verbal and written).

Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions by phone and email.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bilingual skills a plus (not required).
