Position Summary : Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring seamless operations. In this role, you will support senior executives and their teams with various administrative tasks, vendor onboarding, equipment management, and expense reporting.

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

• Coordinate calendars for senior executives and manage meeting schedules.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and manage inventory for office supplies and equipment.
• Provide guidance on expense reporting and assist with new hire equipment setup.
• Facilitate travel arrangements and coordinate meetings and events.
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple departments to support team objectives.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive team experience.
• Support recruitment efforts and collaborate with hiring managers for a smooth process.
• Execute projects and tasks with minimal supervision and manage project deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date space management processes and team spaces.
