    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with Epic OnBase RTE and healthcare websites
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Experience using AIDET customer service principles
  • Prior healthcare admitting or registration experience

    • Key Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Register and pre-register patients for procedures admissions and ER visits
  • Collect verify and accurately enter demographic and insurance information
  • Ensure all registration forms are complete signed scanned and documented
  • Collect and post patient payments and financial responsibility
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA department policies and two-identifier standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support performance improvement initiatives

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 2 years of medical office admitting or registration experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain 95% or higher accuracy in registrations and insurance coding
  • Reliable attendance and adherence to organizational policies
