Billing Analyst

Century Group is excited to partner with a growing tech start-up in the DTC area. We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join their growing team! The team is fast-paced and is know for their work-hard play-hard mindset. Qualified candidates with 1-3+ years of billing / customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only, as this is a hybrid remote / on-site position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $27 per hour.

Job Description :

• Reconciling accounts
• Answering billing questions
• Responding to client emails
• Taking inbound calls
• Administrative duties as needed
• Collections as needed
