Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role owns the big-picture architecture, ensures all systems align with business goals, and guides teams in delivering scalable, secure, and well-integrated Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise architecture strategy for Salesforce across the organization.

Translate business needs into technical designs, roadmaps, and integration plans.

Define standards for solution architecture, data flows, and system interoperability.

Assess requirements, identify gaps, and recommend the right Salesforce features and integration methods.

Ensure long-term sustainability of Salesforce systems throughout the lifecycle.

Provide guidance on business process improvements and re-engineering.

Collaborate with executives, business teams, developers, and security / compliance groups.

Support decision-making for new technologies, tools, and enterprise investments.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Salesforce enterprise architecture, solution design, and integration.

Deep understanding of business analysis, process engineering, and technical architecture methods.

Ability to evaluate solutions, select tools, and build scalable, secure system designs.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Microsoft Purview, M365 compliance, and regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High).

Knowledge of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Entra ID governance.

Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.

Hands-on scripting / querying with Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Required Experience

7+ years applying Salesforce Enterprise Architecture principles.

5+ years in a leadership or lead architect capacity.

Preferred Experience

5+ years working with Microsoft 365 security / compliance architecture.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Engineering-related field (or equivalent experience).
