What You’ll Do:
  • Own the grill—cook lobster, seafood, and other dishes to perfection
  • Keep your station clean, prepped, and running smoothly
  • Communicate with your team and keep the flow going during busy shifts
  • Follow recipes and standards to deliver consistently delicious meals
  • Help with kitchen prep, stock rotation, and ensuring food quality
  • Show up ready to hustle—Lobster Lab is expanding, and we promote from within!

  • Experienced: You’ve worked in a kitchen before and know your way around a grill or flat-top
