We are looking for a part-time speech therapist to join our team!

Job Description : Speech Language Pathologist in Home Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients in their homes. As a Speech-Language Pathologist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Provide therapy to patients to improve their communication and swallowing abilities
Educate patients and their families on communication and swallowing strategies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
