Home Clinic : Open Positions are located at various clinics in Spokane including locations in Downtown, North, & South; Liberty Lake; and Spokane Valley. Clinics include General Pediatrics, & Pediatric Specialties. We will discuss current open positions and your preferences during the interview. The job utilizes a combination of skills including : clerical computer and phone skills, customer service / people skills, medical terminology, and hands on clinical skills. Typical job skills include : taking vital signs like pulse and blood pressure, updating medications, allergies and other information in patient's medical records, performing some medical procedures, specimen collection and lab testing.

This is a combined posting for Associate Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant Registered and Medical Assistant. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Associate Medical Assistant

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants
• Or graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
• Or has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
• Or minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills : obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration
• Or upon hire : Washington Medical Assistant Certification
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months)

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate Medical Assistant Salary Range, NE Washington : Min : $17.06, Max : $26.07 Most candidates can expect a starting pay of $20.91 / hr or higher depending on experience.
