Key Responsibilities
Maintain client satisfaction through effective facility management services
Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and develop corrective action plans as needed

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two years of industry experience in a corporate environment or as a consultant
Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical)
