Pay : $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Straine Dental Management a rapidly growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) is looking for you! We are looking for anexperienced and detail-orientedstaff accountantto join our team. If you thrive on organization accuracy and financial management please apply now.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate financial statements journal entries and bookkeeping records
  • Perform expense tracking budgeting and bank / account reconciliations
  • Prepare detailed financial reports (weekly monthly yearly)
  • Create financial summaries including cash flow profit and loss and balance sheets
  • Support administrative tasks and assist with month-end and year-end account preparation
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient accounting team environment

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularlyExcel
  • Proficient inSage Intacct
  • Strong math and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
