Utilize Electronic Medical Record system

Assists physicians by performing administrative and clinical duties

Interviews patients to obtain their medical history.

Records patient medical history vital statistics and test results in patient medical files.

Cleans and sterilize medical equipment and instruments.

Assists physicians during examination by handing over instruments and materials.

Clean treatment rooms following patient examinations.

Demonstrate a commitment to maintain work practices that comply with established office policies and procedures.

Promote a safe environment for patients visitors and peers.

Oversee and ensure that patients needs are met and that patients are served in an efficient and patient-friendly manner

Respond to staff doctor needs before during and after patient exam

Answer incoming telephone calls greet and check in patients in a professional courteous and timely manner

Qualifications :

Excellent computer skills
Ability to work with confidential information and under pressure
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrates initiative
Team player

Job Type :

Full-time Monday-Friday : 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Pay rate starting at $20 / hr based on experience

Experience :

Minimum : 1 to 5 years of work experience in a medical setting
Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Record EHR
Flexibility to travel to satellite clinics on occasion with travel reimbursements

Education :

High School Diploma is required
