About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a
temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong
high-volume AP processing experience and hands-on proficiency with
Oracle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow into a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently (3-way match, PO and non-PO).
- Enter, review, and verify invoices within Oracle ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice status and payment inquiries.
- Support month-end closing activities related to AP.
- Maintain organized files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the AP function.
Qualifications- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
- Required: Oracle ERP experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work onsite in Golden Valley, MN on a hybrid schedule.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
