Position Overview :

Were seeking caring and reliable on-callRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Odyssey Sub Team a group of trusted professionals who step in to provide coverage and support when our regular team members are unavailable.

As part of the Odyssey Autism family, youll bring play, patience, and purpose to every session helping children build communication, social, and adaptive living skills under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers flexibility while keeping you connected to a mission that matters.

Compensation :

• $20 - $24 hourly (Depending on experience and certifications)
