Site Reliability Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 direct reports

Collaborate with various IT teams to organize and manage project timelines

Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in leading and managing teams

Experience with infrastructure at scale and web development

Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, Prometheus, OTEL, and cloud-native technologies

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management lifecycles

Understanding of both on-premise and Azure cloud-based solutions
