Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide a professional, customer-focused experience
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and submit support tickets as needed
Accurately document all interactions and follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
Customer service experience, particularly in call-driven or high-volume environments
Comfort with basic technical troubleshooting and system navigation
Ability to work independently while aligning with team expectations
Willingness to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
