Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will coordinate project tasks and engineering milestones to ensure that deadlines are met within the agreed time frame and budget. You will manage projects for development, focusing on new orders and contracts, and lead the technical scope with software, firmware, and electrical engineers. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while adhering to quality standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects tasks and engineering milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage development project tasks for new orders and new contracts.
• Lead and coordinate technical scope with software, firmware, and electrical engineers.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Partner with engineers to discuss design and engineering choices for profitability and timelines.
• Manage communication between subcontractors, internal partners, and customers.

Work Environment

The work environment is a small customer site with a family feel, supported by the financial backing of a larger organization. It features an office space, assembly, and lab area in a modest office building located in a small business park alongside Maxar Technologies. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
