With Tips : $22.25 - $24.25

Reports To : Kitchen Manager, General Manager

Job Summary : The Grill Cook's primary area of focus is ensuring all food items are prepared to company standards and completed in a timely manner. Grill Cooks are “multi-tasking experts” who remain calm under pressure. They oversee all food preparation and ensure all modifications are executed well. Ensure kitchens are always clean and safe. The work schedule fluctuates based on business need requiring employees to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions :

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Preferred Skills : High school diploma or GED, strong knife skills, multi-tasker, safety-minded, team player.

Language Skills : Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
