[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical program management, specifically in compliance or hardware certification. Experience managing NPI programs and working with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of global certification standards for safety, EMC, RF, and energy efficiency Proven experience working directly with engineering teams in a cross-functional environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Technical Program Manager will drive the implementation of compliance-focused hardware certification programs for AWS s product compliance function. This includes managing global certifications for product safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), radio frequency (RF), energy efficiency, and restricted substances across a broad portfolio of hardware products.
- Manage NPI product compliance activities across assigned programs.
- Solve data quality and verification challenges alongside NPI TPMs.
- Interface with cross-functional teams including AWS HW Engineering, Legal, and Trade.
- Collaborate with US and international manufacturing partners to execute compliance projects.
- Manage relationships with test labs and certification agencies, including contracts and budgets.
