We are hiring for a client in the social banking and digital wallet industry, driving innovation in consumer finance across emerging markets. The product focuses on building a joint virtual banking and cryptocurrency wallet platform, enabling users around the world to move seamlessly within a unified financial ecosystem with secure transactions, accessibility, and meaningful financial inclusion.

Our client is a well-funded, senior-only team based in San Francisco, led by founders with successful exits and supported by large global distribution partners. Requirements

The Role

We're seeking a Founding Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design across our mobile apps (iOS / Android) and web. Brand foundations from a top agency are nearly done; you’ll translate them into a high-fidelity, production-ready product and a living design system. You’re a systems thinker who can move through the full design stack, from requirements → wireframe → AI prototype → high-fidelity UI / UX → shipped feature, collaborating tightly with founders, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

5+ years designing consumer-facing web apps

Currently authorized to work in the United States (we can do transfer of visa sponsorship)

Willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area for fully in-office policy

Bonuses

You might be an especially good fit if you have :

Experience designing for the Latin American Market (Spanish / Portuguese fluency preferred) or experience localizing across global markets

Experience in financial technology (banking, crypto wallets, transactions / payments)

Experience working in hypergrowth startups

Experience across the design stack (motion / visual / 3D design experience nice to have)
