A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor (Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities :
Review and ensure completeness of loan files prior to submission to Underwriting
Communicate with borrowers post-Underwriting to discuss conditions in English or Spanish
Manage actionable conditions and collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications :
Proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines
Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS
At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong understanding of TRID guidelines
