We’re looking for dynamic, high-energy fitness coaches to lead group workouts that build strength, endurance, and community. At Row House, our coaches motivate, inspire, and guide members through efficient, full-body classes that blend cardio and floor work. Whether you come from a background in personal training, group fitness, athletics, or performance, if you love connecting with people and creating an incredible class experience, we want to meet you.

The Row House Coach will lead up to 25 particpants through the Row House experience. We provide the training through a self-paced training program-you set the pace and we guide you through it!

Responsibilites :

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of up to 25 clients ( you choose the tunes!)
• Teach proper rowing and floorwork technique
• Ensure safety of clients in the row room
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Maintain strong social media presense to increase class following
