Position Title : Warehouse Supervisor

Location : Miami, FL

Compensation : $70,000+ annually

  • Full Benefits Package

Schedule : Full-time, on-site

Reports To : Warehouse Manager

Position Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, inspection, storage, fulfillment, and outbound processes. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse team members, maintains operational accuracy, and ensures safety, productivity, and high service standards across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound receiving, cargo handling, put-away, loading, and outbound processes.
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare weekly operational and productivity reports and track KPIs.
  • Manage warehouse utilization based on volume forecasts and peak operational periods.
  • Coordinate internal warehouse requests, product splits, re-labeling, and inventory adjustments.
  • Order and maintain adequate inventory of warehouse supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing development for warehouse staff.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, maintain clean work areas, and enforce compliance.
  • Participate in interviewing, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and hiring recommendations.
  • Draft or update internal processes to support operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support warehouse operations.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, cargo handling, or a related field.
  • Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required; ability to travel up to 10% domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Ability to stand / walk for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a non–climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient with computers, handheld devices, and basic Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Forklift or equipment operation experience is preferred.
