Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

As a Clinical Nurse II in the Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in assessing, coordinating, planning, and implementing care for patients during their acute care stay. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless patient experience and transition toward discharge. You will lead the caregiving team in providing competent and compassionate care to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, initiating IVs, and performing treatments in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to determine needs and responses to care received.
• Utilizing sound nursing judgment to guide patient care management decisions.
• Providing emergency care for various occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring patient outcomes.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and maintain individualized Plans of Care.
• Guiding and directing ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
