Paid malpractice, great benefits; 15 shifts / 180 hours per month in a flexible schedule, extra shifts available at $175 / hour Days and nights needed 3 Hospitalists on during the day with average patient load of 12-15, rotating admissions follow patients from admission to discharge. 1 Hospitalist on at night. No APPs to supervise. Specialty support : Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Nephrology, part time Pulmonology, part-time Hem / Onc Open ICU, procedures optional EICU coming in early 2024 with 24 / 7 tele-support from Board Certified Critical Care Intensivists, vital signs monitored, etc.
