A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager, BCBA (4 / 10 weekends) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage services for members with autism, developmental disabilities, and severe behavioral needs
Review treatment plans and authorize services to ensure quality care coordination
Collaborate with team members, families, and community agencies to promote behavioral health education
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work / Psychology or related field with ABA specialization
Active, unrestricted Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Three years of experience in services for individuals with autism or related disabilities
Experience in reviewing Behavioral Health Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
Preferred experience in an HMO or psychiatric facility
