Regulatory Affairs Director

A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the submission and renewal of applications for State Authorizations and Eligible Training Provider List Authorizations

Review and complete contracts and applications for regulatory entities

Monitor compliance outcomes and assist stakeholders with reporting and licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

Direct experience in regulatory affairs / compliance environments

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred

Experience in leading a team

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Capability to work independently with limited guidance
