Enterprise Electrical is a fast-growing Commercial Electrical Contractor based in Houston, TX that specializes in Design-Build projects, and we are looking to add an HR Generalist to our HR Team. The best fit will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and flexible with frequent travel requirements. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting employees and organizational goals by managing day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and benefits administration.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Serve as an on-site HR representative at various Enterprise Electrical offices and project sites.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with mediating and resolving workplace conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee files and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with the design and implementation of performance review processes.
• Support employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
• Liaise with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for leadership; use data to recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate and support employee training programs.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend learning opportunities.
